We serve women, men and youth, and when appropriate their families, with initiatives, resources, and information who have diverse reasons for help to go from where they are to where they can possibly be; advocating for families to heal together as long as safe to do so.

 

Initiatives help:

• single parents with limited resources exiting transitional or temporary living

• female parents who were victims of trauma or abuse leaving protective settings or homelessness

• parents or a spouse with desires to heal from addiction or criminalized behavior patterns who would otherwise be detained or incarcerated moving forward with family reconciliation

• parents or a spouse with limited resources exiting a substance abuse program after successful completion

• and low-income youth with clear paths away from drugs, gangs, crime, promiscuity or homelessness

 

Gap Support

Gap-support by Stone2Well Ministries is defined as a form of assistance to be:

• a helping hand up (i.e. identifying resources, emotional health information)

• a bridge from one's current point to next point (i.e. entry fee for rehabilitation or training program)

• or relief to prevent a break in continuity and forward motion (i.e. basic supplies or outreach to find mentors)

 

So that along with determination, faith, and other complimentary supports available through the community, health insurance, available organizations or family, the path is ahead not back.

 

We do not provide case management, legal assistance, job-coaching, treat medical conditions, fund medications, or provide counseling services and crisis intervention. We suggest checking with local 211 for resources in your area.
